- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef sirloin, dicing the onion, mincing the garlic, and slicing the mushrooms.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Return the cooked beef to the skillet, stir to coat, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
