Description
A delicious and low-carb version of the classic beef stroganoff, made with miracle noodles.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 packages miracle noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and mix in the heavy cream.
- Return the beef to the skillet and let everything simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Prepare miracle noodles according to package instructions and add to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

- This dish pairs well with a side salad.
- Make sure to rinse the miracle noodles well before use.
