Ingredients

  • 4 cloves black garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are softened and any liquid has evaporated.
  3. Stir in the minced black garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the mushroom mixture with the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined and creamy.
