- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each shrimp into beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the coating mixture.
- Serve with a low-carb dipping sauce for extra flavor.
