- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, cream cheese, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine both mixtures and knead until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles.
- Roll each triangle from the wider end to the tip.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
