- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs (for topping)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, in a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with crumbled sausage, bacon, diced bell peppers, and green onions.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Crack the two eggs on top of the pizza and season with salt and pepper.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
- Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the cream cheese mixture.
- You can substitute the breakfast sausage and bacon with cooked ham or turkey bacon for a different flavor profile.
