- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the broccoli mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
