Description

A delicious low-carb cake packed with broccoli and cheese, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the broccoli mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
