A delicious low-carb dessert that combines the flavors of caramel, mocha, and cheesecake.

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sweetener (erythritol or your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetener (erythritol or your choice)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons coffee, brewed and cooled
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (sugar-free)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, melted butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream, sweetener, eggs, and coffee. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely.
- Drizzle the sugar-free caramel sauce on top before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- These bars freeze well for up to 3 months.
