- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets. Steam the florets in a large pot for about 5-7 minutes until tender but not mushy. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold the steamed cauliflower florets into the cheese mixture until evenly coated. Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
