A creamy and delicious Keto Causa LimeƱa with Tuna, perfect for a light meal or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup of flaked tuna (canned or freshly cooked)
- 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small cucumber, cut into thin rounds
- 1 medium tomato, cut into rounds
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mash the ripe avocados in a bowl until creamy.
- Stir in lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix flaked tuna with Greek yogurt, whole grain mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spread half of the avocado mixture evenly across the base of a serving platter or individual bowls.
- Arrange cucumber slices on top, followed by tomato slices.
- Evenly distribute the tuna mixture over the tomatoes.
- Spread the remaining avocado mixture over the tuna layer, smoothing it out.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeƱos to the tuna mixture.
