Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the large egg and then pour it into the cheese mixture. Add the almond flour and mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  4. Scoop out portions of the dough using a tablespoon and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each scoop.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
