- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the large egg and then pour it into the cheese mixture. Add the almond flour and mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Scoop out portions of the dough using a tablespoon and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each scoop.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
