- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan, then dollop the cheesecake mixture on top and swirl it with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of salt to the brownie mixture.
