Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan, then dollop the cheesecake mixture on top and swirl it with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
