- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt the unsalted butter and mix in cocoa powder and almond flour.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract and stir until combined.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered erythritol and egg yolk until smooth.
- Spread the brownie batter in a greased baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before slicing into brownies.
