Description

Delicious fudgy brownies filled with a rich, creamy keto cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 egg yolk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, melt the unsalted butter and mix in cocoa powder and almond flour.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and stir until combined.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered erythritol and egg yolk until smooth.
  5. Spread the brownie batter in a greased baking dish.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool before slicing into brownies.
