- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- If desired, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to get a bubbly, golden top.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in ranch dressing for a few hours before cooking.
- Substitute the cheddar cheese with pepper jack for a spicy kick.
