Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing until well combined.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each breast.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. If desired, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to get a bubbly, golden top.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
