Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup cherries, pitted and chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chunks and cherries.
