- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and parsley to make the garlic sauce.
- Let the chicken rest, then slice thinly and serve with garlic sauce.
