Ingredients

  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
