- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before serving.
