Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
