Description

Delicious keto-friendly chocolate chip cookies made with almond flour.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  6. Using a spoon, drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
