Description

Delicious keto-friendly chocolate haystacks that are easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine coconut flakes and chopped nuts if using.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips and almond butter together until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract into the melted mixture.
