Description

Delicious and easy to make Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings while staying low-carb.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, melted coconut oil, sweetener, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Pour half of the mixture into cupcake liners and freeze for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from freezer and add a layer of the remaining mixture on top of each cup.
  4. Return to freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Remove from liners and enjoy!
