Ingredients

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, melted coconut oil, sweetener, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour half of the mixture into cupcake liners and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and add a layer of the remaining mixture on top of each cup.
- Return to freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from liners and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- Use any low-carb sweetener of your choice.
