Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed sugar-free peppermint candies


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In another bowl, melt white chocolate chips and stir in peppermint extract.
  5. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
  6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then break into pieces.
