Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
  3. Melt coconut oil and add to the dry ingredients.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in pomegranate seeds.
  6. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
