Description

A delicious and rich chocolate cake made with ricotta cheese, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup erythritol
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool before serving.

Notes
