- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup erythritol
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Can be served with whipped cream for extra flavor.
