Description

This indulgent Keto Chocolate Trifle is a sugar-free dessert packed with rich flavors and layers of chocolatey goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Let the cake cool completely, then crumble into pieces.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  7. In a serving dish, layer crumbled cake, whipped cream, and sugar-free chocolate chips.
  8. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
