- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely, then crumble into pieces.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In a serving dish, layer crumbled cake, whipped cream, and sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
