Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and erythritol.
  3. Add the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk, and mix until smooth.
