Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  3. Add spinach, bell peppers, bacon, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
