- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
- Add spinach, bell peppers, bacon, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add other low-carb vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
