Description

Delicious and fluffy keto cinnamon rolls that are low in carbs and perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine both mixtures and blend until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough out on parchment paper into a rectangle.
  6. Spread melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and additional erythritol.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice into equal pieces.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before serving.

  • These rolls are best served warm.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
