Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine both mixtures and blend until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on parchment paper into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and additional erythritol.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- These rolls are best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
