Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
