  • For the cinnamon swirl:
  • 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon granulated erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine the egg, almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, cocoa powder (if desired), melted butter, almond milk, and maple syrup (if using). Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth batter.
