Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, coffee, erythritol, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
