Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon collagen peptides
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or MCT oil

  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (e.g., erythritol, stevia)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)


Instructions
