Delicious and healthy cranberry bliss bars made for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries and chopped nuts.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
