			- 1 whole turkey breast
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar-free orange juice
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush with the cranberry glaze.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with the glaze.
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving with remaining glaze.
