This Keto Cranberry Glazed Turkey Breast is a delicious and healthy option for your holiday meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 whole turkey breast
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free orange juice
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush with the cranberry glaze.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with the glaze.
  5. Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving with remaining glaze.
