- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, almond butter, and erythritol over medium heat until fully melted and combined.
- Add cocoa powder and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract, cranberries, pistachios, and sea salt.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
