A delicious holiday fudge that’s keto-friendly, combining cranberries and pistachios for a festive treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries (sugar-free)
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, almond butter, and erythritol over medium heat until fully melted and combined.
  2. Add cocoa powder and stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract, cranberries, pistachios, and sea salt.
