Description

This Keto Cranberry Sauce is a deliciously tart and sweet low-carb side that pairs perfectly with your holiday meals!


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, water, erythritol, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries burst.
