Deliciously soft and creamy keto cream cheese cookies perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while staying low-carb.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sweetener (erythritol or similar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
  3. Add the sweetener and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the almond flour, salt, and baking powder until a dough forms.
