Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
- Add the sweetener and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the almond flour, salt, and baking powder until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
