Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and melted chocolate.
- Add the vanilla extract and almond flour, mixing until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder or coconut flakes to coat.
