Description

Delicious and low-carb crepe rolls perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond flour, cream cheese, almond milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. Fill each crepe with your favorite fillings and roll up.
