Delicious and easy-to-make Keto Crunchwraps that are perfect for a quick meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large low-carb tortilla
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with taco seasoning.
  3. Lay the tortilla flat and layer the beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream in the center.
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla inwards to create a wrap.
  5. Add the crunchwrap to the skillet, seam side down, and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Carefully flip the crunchwrap and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet and slice in half before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add crushed pork rinds inside the wrap.
  • This recipe is easily customizable with your favorite low-carb ingredients.
