Ingredients

- 1 large low-carb tortilla
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with taco seasoning.
- Lay the tortilla flat and layer the beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream in the center.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla inwards to create a wrap.
- Add the crunchwrap to the skillet, seam side down, and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the crunchwrap and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and slice in half before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add crushed pork rinds inside the wrap.
- This recipe is easily customizable with your favorite low-carb ingredients.
