This Keto Sourdough Bread is a delicious low-carb alternative for bread lovers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl, combine the eggs, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and warm water.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
- This bread also freezes well.
