Description

Delicious and refreshing Keto Cucumber Sandwiches, perfect for a light snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on one cucumber slice.
  4. Top with another cucumber slice or add smoked salmon for a richer flavor.
  5. Repeat until all cucumber slices are used.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
