Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 ounces smoked salmon (optional)
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on one cucumber slice.
- Top with another cucumber slice or add smoked salmon for a richer flavor.
- Repeat until all cucumber slices are used.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
