- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and melted butter; mix until well combined.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese and garlic powder until combined.
- Shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Freeze leftover rolls for up to a month.
