Description

Soft and fluffy keto dinner rolls that are low in carbs and perfect for your ketogenic diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs and melted butter; mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in mozzarella cheese and garlic powder until combined.
  5. Shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
