Description

A delicious low-carb version of the classic dirt cake, perfect for keto dieters.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered erythritol until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add almond milk and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
  5. In a serving dish, layer the cream mixture and crushed cookies alternately.
  6. Top with remaining crushed cookies and cocoa powder.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger chocolate flavor, add more cocoa powder.
