Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered erythritol until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add almond milk and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
- In a serving dish, layer the cream mixture and crushed cookies alternately.
- Top with remaining crushed cookies and cocoa powder.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger chocolate flavor, add more cocoa powder.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
