- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, erythritol, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and add chocolate chips.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the batter, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
