Description

A deliciously rich and moist cake with a chocolatey surprise that is keto-friendly.


Ingredients

  • 1 box sugar-free chocolate cake mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, eggs, almond milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
  6. Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

  • This cake can be served warm or chilled.
  • For an extra touch, serve with whipped cream.
