- 1 box sugar-free chocolate cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, eggs, almond milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
- Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer.
- Pour the remaining batter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- This cake can be served warm or chilled.
- For an extra touch, serve with whipped cream.
