Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 medium zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Stir in the diced ham, grated zucchini, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
