Description

Delicious and easy Keto Egg Muffins filled with sausage and cheddar cheese, perfect for a low-carb breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add in the cheese, sausage, bell pepper, and onion, and mix until combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
