- 1 cup white chocolate chips, sugar-free
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the powdered erythritol and heavy cream, whisking until combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
- Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until melted.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
