Description

This Keto Eggnog Fudge is a creamy and rich holiday treat, perfect for those following a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered erythritol
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, sugar-free


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the powdered erythritol and heavy cream, whisking until combined.
