Description

A low-carb treat that satisfies your sweet tooth without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and erythritol over medium heat, stirring until well combined.
  4. Add vanilla extract and salt, then bring to a boil.
  5. Allow to boil for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly until it reaches a deep golden color.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. If using, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  8. Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
