- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup erythritol sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and erythritol over medium heat, stirring until well combined.
- Add vanilla extract and salt, then bring to a boil.
- Allow to boil for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly until it reaches a deep golden color.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- If using, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container to keep fresh.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
